2010 SPRING TRAINING RETREAT!

For all 6th-12th grade boys and girls who play on a spring/summer team, be sure to save the weekend of March 26th-28th for the annual spring training retreat! Time and location coming soon!

Our spring training retreat is an opportunity for nearly 200 of ECBA’s middle school and high school players to practice, bond, learn, practice, exercise, work together, and practice in an inclusive and energetic setting.

Each team will have four 2 hour practices between Friday evening and Sunday evening – these intense practices will provide the structure for your team as you move into spring/summer leagues and tournaments! It is important that every player attend camp, otherwise, you will miss important information and practices!

Updated Winter Schedules for 4th - 8th grade boys

Congratulations to the girls 7th grade ECBA Swish team coached by L.J. Johnson and the boys 7th grade ECBA Green team coached by Lenny Akins! Both teams won championships over theweekend in the SSA tournament at Rainier Vista. Great job everyone!

Our Mission at Emerald City

Our mission at Emerald City is to create a place where players have a positive atmosphere: where young men and women who want to be better basketball players have the opportunity to get better.

ECBA is the vehicle that provides that opportunity for players to take their game to the next level. We exist to make a positive difference in the lives of our players.

Our goal is to develop happy, healthy and confident players. We strive to provide a safe, fun and successful experience for every player.

7th Grade Pioneers at Nationals

We are very pleased and proud to announce that the 7th grade Emerald City Pioneers went 5-3 in Memphis last week at AAU Nationals.  They were 1 game away from placing 8th or 12th and were 1 of a hand full of teams that were still standing by Saturday. Congratulations Pioneers!!!

7th grade Pioneers take home Rose City Showcase championship in Portland!

They will be going to Memphis for the 13u D1 Nationals June 27th-July 5th.  Good luck Pioneers!!!

Girls Legends Finish First

Congratulations to the 9th Grade Legends for winning the WWPBA HS GOLD B Championship!

Boys HS finish out the Spring Strong

The top HS Pionner team won the NBA division in the Washington Premier League while the top Freshmen Pioneer team won the NCAA division in the Washington Premier League. See their Results here.

The 7th grade Pioneers just won the AAU National Qualifier becoming 2008-2009 Washington state champions - Congatulations Boys!
